Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
At OLIVAH. we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review the information below for our returns, exchanges and warranty process.
Damaged or Faulty on Arrival (Within 30 Days)
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace the item, just let us know and return the item within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us with:
- A clear image of the damaged or faulty item
- A brief description of the issue
- Proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation, gift receipt, bank statement)
Once approved, you will be asked to return the item to OLIVAH. enclosing the return form that we provide inside the parcel.
Items must be lodged with the post office within the 30-day return window for the exchange to be processed.
Manufacturing Faults (Up to 6 Months)
If your OLIVAH. sunglasses develop a manufacturing defect within 6 months from the date you received them, you are entitled to either a replacement or a refund. If the identical product is unavailable, we may offer a similar product or provide a refund.
We provide a prepaid shipping label for warranty returns, so you will not incur any shipping costs for warranty claims.
Manufacturing defects do not include:
- Scratching on the lenses or frame
- Wear and tear
- Damage caused by excessive force
- Warping from excessive heat
- Damage caused by improper use or storage
- Damage from cleaning products
- Unauthorised repairs
- Lost or stolen goods
To lodge a warranty claim, please contact us with:
- Images of the fault
- A description of the issue
- Proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation, gift receipt, bank statement)
Once approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Refunds for approved warranty claims are issued to the original payment method only and processed within 3 business days after inspection.
Change of Mind (14 Days)
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to request an exchange or store credit. Change of mind includes size changes, as all sizing is approximate.
Products must be:
- Unused
- In original condition with no signs of wear and tear
- Returned with all tags, cases and cloths
- Returned with the return form we provide enclosed in the parcel
Contact us with your order number to arrange an exchange.
Once inspected, we will issue your exchange or store credit.
Please note:
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer’s expense
- Items must be lodged with the post office within the 14-day return window
- Change-of-mind returns do not include sale or clearance items
- Only applicable to OLIVAH. products purchased from olivah.com.au, not through stockists
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
Incorrect or Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days.
We will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement promptly.
Processing Times
Please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing once your return reaches us.
Lost or Missing Returns
We strongly recommend using tracked postage for all returns. OLIVAH. is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
