  • Tracking: Yes
  • Notes: Delivery times may be longer depending on location.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Free standard shipping applies to orders over $100AUD.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also login to your OLIVAH. account to track your package.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

OLIVAH. is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses or events outside the carrier’s control.

  • If your parcel appears delayed, please contact your carrier first using your tracking number.
  • For lost parcels shipped with a trackable service, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate as OLIVAH. takes no responsibility for the input of incorrect addresses.

  • If you input the wrong address, email us immediately and we'll do our best to amend your details for you.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Packaging

  • All items are shipped in secure, padded packaging to protect your purchase during transit.
  • Please inspect your parcel upon delivery and notify us immediately if you notice any damage during shipping.
